APPLICATION COMPLETION
- To begin an application for your business, your first step is to create a member account.
- Want to see the application questions in advance? Download our ABEX Awards Application Package.
- Then, select the category you wish to enter, and submit your information according to the specifications for the category.
- All submissions require a company bio, corporate logo, and various images displaying your business.
- Entries will be saved in your member account, and can be edited up until the application deadline (5:00pm, May 1, 2024). If you require assistance with submissions, please contact our office at events@saskchamber.com.

ONLINE SUBMISSION
The 2024 ABEX Awards consist of online submissions; materials must be submitted by 5:00pm, May 1, 2024.
Once the deadline has passed no further submissions can be uploaded.
Accuracy of submitted materials is the responsibility of the applicant. Information given on the entry form will be used exactly as submitted in the award ceremony through production, presentation, and recognition in the media.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Online submission, including all supporting documentation, must be complete by 5:00pm, May 1, 2024.
After this deadline, the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to extend the deadline for a specific category and solicit additional entries in the event that there are less than four entries in the category in question.
FINAL NOTES
- The Saskatchewan Chamber reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions without notice
- Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of Saskatchewan Chamber
- Saskatchewan Chamber reserves the right to realign categories due to volume of applications. If this process should take place, entrants will be notified
- If there are fewer than four entries in any category, Saskatchewan Chamber reserves the right to eliminate that category from the competition.
- All entrants agree to be bound by these rules
JUDGING PROCESS
The ABEX Awards judges bring their professional experience and unique perspectives in deciding which companies deserve top-ranks and coveted awards in each category.
Completed applications undergo third-party adjudication, with potential follow-up for additional information. Using a scoring matrix, the applications are evaluated and ranked. Once ranking is complete, applications are sent to a judging committee, which is made up of past-Chairs of the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce. These judges then review and score the applications, debate the merits of each application, and vote to decide the top five (5) applicants in each category. If there are not five (5) suitable candidates, a category may have fewer finalists.
AWARDS NIGHT
The recipients of all awards will be announced live at the ABEX Awards Gala on September 21, 2024 at TCU Place, Saskatoon, SK. Tickets launch in June 2024.
All ABEX finalists are required to attend the event. Make it a celebration for everyone - bring your team, family, and clients, to the event!
