The ABEX Awards celebrate the best in Saskatchewan business, and being named a finalist is a significant achievement. This page is your go-to resource for everything you need to know as an ABEX Awards finalist—from event details to what happens on stage.

Finalist Checklist

  1. Share the News: Use the official Finalist Badge and attached graphic to announce your achievement. Add it to your social media, email signature, website, or anywhere else you see fit.
  2. Purchase Your Tickets: All finalists must purchase a ticket to attend the ABEX Awards. The ABEX Awards are open to all, so invite your friends, family, colleagues, and community to celebrate with you! Tickets on sale soon.
  3. Prepare Your Speech: Should you be selected as a recipient, you will have two minutes for your acceptance speech. Please respect this time limit, as the program is tightly scheduled.
  4. Review the Event Details: Click here for the full schedule, parking, dress code, and more.
  5. Dress Code: Our suggested dress code includes Formal, Black-tie, or cocktail attire. We are excited to share our details around the 2026 theme soon.

What to Expect on Awards Night?

  1. Categories are presented in alphabetical order. Each category will be announced by a sponsor, followed by a short finalist video.
  2. After the video, the sponsor will announce the recipient. If you hear your name, please come to the stage promptly.
  3. On stage, you will receive your award from the sponsor and proceed to the podium for your 2-minute acceptance speech.
  4. After your speech, a Chamber team member will escort you to a separate room for your official recipient photos and to receive your gold ABEX Recipient pin. Please feel free to invite any members of your organization back to this room.
  5. Once your photos are taken, you can return to your seat and enjoy the rest of the evening.

Additional Information

  • Seating is assigned – seating charts will be available upon arrival.
  • Arrive promptly to ensure you don't miss any part of the program.
  • Finalists and their guests are invited to attend the VIP Reception at 4:30 PM – an excellent opportunity to network with fellow finalists, sponsors, and special guests ahead of the main event
  • The afterparty will commence immediately after the ABEX Awards - stay tune for the venue announcement!
