How to Apply

  1. Review the Awards Categories and their eligibility requirements to decide which categories (you can apply for more than one!) are a fit for your business.
  2. Create an account on our application portal to begin your application. All applications must be completed and submitted online.
  3. Want to review the application questions in advance? Download the ABEX Awards Application Package.
  4. Select the desired category, and begin answering the application questions.
  5. Not quite ready to submit? Don't worry, you can save your progress and return later.
  6. Prepare the necessary attachments (high-quality photos, corporate logo, etc.) 

Your application will be saved in your member account and can be edited up until the application deadline of 11:59pm, April 1, 2025. Need help? Contact us at events@saskchamber.com.

Submission Deadline

All applications, including supporting documents (financials, photos, etc.), must be completed and submitted by 11:59pm, April 1, 2025.

  • After this deadline, no further submissions, edits, or uploads will be accepted.
  • If a category receives fewer than four entries, the Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to extend the deadline for that category and solicit additional entries.

Application Notes

  • Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted materials. By submitting your application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.
  • Details from your entry form will be used exactly as submitted for award production, presentation, and media recognition.
  • The Saskatchewan Chamber reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions without notice.
  • Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of the Saskatchewan Chamber.
  • The Saskatchewan Chamber reserves the right to realign categories due to volume of applications. If this process should take place, entrants will be notified.
  • If there are fewer than four entries in any category, the Saskatchewan Chamber reserves the right to eliminate that category from the competition. 
  • All entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

What Happens Next?

Once the application deadline has passed, all submissions are reviewed to ensure they meet eligibility guidelines. Eligible applications are then sent to objective, third-party adjudicators for evaluation, followed by a final review and selection of finalists by the judging committee (a full explanation of the judging process can be found here). All applicants will be contacted, regardless of whether they are selected as finalists. An official announcement will be made in the third week of June via a news release and social media.

The recipients of all awards will be announced live at the ABEX Awards Gala on 5:00pm, September 27, 2025 at TCU Place (Grand Salon). 

All ABEX finalists are required to purchase a ticket and attend the event. Make it a celebration for everyone - bring your team, family, and clients, to the event! 

Finalists and their guests are also invited to the exclusive Finalist Cocktail Reception, which begins 30 minutes before the awards ceremony. This reception provides an opportunity to connect with fellow finalists, engage with sponsors and special guests, and ask any last-minute questions. The ABEX Awards "Afterglow" afterparty will commence immediately following the ABEX Awards, and is open to all.
